3 Minute Brownies!
You may have noticed in the photo that there is what seems to be some form of alien in a cup;) when actually it's a cup of brownies! (delicious ones at that).
Anyways instructions for them are as follows,
Ingredients: 4 Tablespoons of cake flour
4 Tbsp of sugar
2 Tbsp of cocoa
1 Egg
3-4 Tbsps of milk (depending on how moist you want them)
3 Tbsp of oil and 1 mug!
Directions:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients
2. Put in the egg and whisk
3. Add milk and oil and make sure you mix it well
4. put it in the microwave for around 3 minutes at max power
5.Wait until it has set (takes seconds) and then eat away.
Just thought it's a quick easy snack for those long nights!
